If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 on the installation and 1-1-9 off the installation 
Kadena doesn’t offer urgent or emergency care services. However, if you’re enrolled in TRICARE Prime here at Kadena, please call and schedule a same-day appointment with your primary care manager. If appointments aren’t available, use the emergency room at the US Naval Hospital Okinawa.

Emergency Care

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical situation (including mental health emergencies), call 911 (on base) or 1-1-9 (off base) immediately. Emergency care services treat life-threatening medical issues such as threats to your life, limbs, sight, or safety.
