Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Disease Management

Disease Managers are Registered Nurses who educate, collaborate, and follow up with patients with diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and asthma to improve patient self-management of these chronic disease. Typically, referrals to disease management are placed through the providers as needed, but patients can self-refer, as well.
