Patient Advocate Representatives are located in each clinic. If you would like to speak to the Clinic Patient Advocate and Customer Service Representative, please dial the Kadena Medical Clinic appointment line and follow the prompt to the clinic you wish to voice your concerns. If you would like to leave written feedback, please submit online.

Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility Patient Advocate. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610, or by submitting a concern or complaint online.
 

Beneficiary Service Representative Counseling (BSR)

BSRs serve as a beneficiary advocate and problem solver to all enrolled beneficiaries. They ensure health benefit information and assistance to access health care services is available to all eligible beneficiaries and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries.
